How does depth of field relate to physical distance?
2024-01-23 17:23:56
The unit of the depth of field setting range (-100 to 100) is different from the physical depth of field (in microns), and the default setting range of the power is -50 to 50, in percentage, which can be adapted to products with different depths of field. For example: "The hardware depth of field is 600μm, the actual sample height is 200μm, and the software is set to ±30 to ensure that the sample is within the color range, then the actual sample height accounts for one-third of the depth of field, according to the ratio of sample to hardware."
