There are many reasons why opening the camera may fail:
① The camera is not connected, you can check the camera connection and power supply;
②The camera password is incorrect, if the camera is delivered with a dongle, please check whether the dongle is connected properly (the following figure is the normal working diagram of the dongle), if it is the version without a dongle, contact VOMMA engineers to deal with it;
③ Turn on the camera immediately after power on, without waiting for the camera reaction (wait for the VE4, VA6/VE5 power indicator light to turn green);
④ Opened two software, the interface is occupied.
