Shi Shengxian, associate professor of the School of Mechanical and Power Engineering of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, gave a keynote speech on the principle of light field camera and application scenarios in various directions. Compared with the traditional two-dimensional camera, the light field camera can obtain three-dimensional information in a single imaging, while recording the surface reflective characteristics and depth texture information, and truly restore the scene. Compared with traditional 3D imaging technology (such as structured light, multi-eye, time-of-flight method), light field imaging technology can photograph the target object from more angles, obtain more Angle information, and minimize the shooting blind area.
